注意事項/一般規則

1. 任何同意參加本團之人士，視同瞭解及同意以上的行程、價錢、承包旅行社的<一般規則>里的各項規定和條款，責任依規等 (事後不得異議)。
2. 承包旅行社每輛巴士備有500萬元商業保險。如要購買個人旅遊保險，請自行購買。
3. 如有未成年者同行, 請持有父母親或監護人委託同意書。

Terms and Conditions

1. By join in this bus tour hosted by contracted travel agency, You have been agreed and accepted the terms and rules set by the contracted agency.
2. Contracted agency’s US Domestic buses are insured for 5 million dollars.
3. A separate Travel Medical Plan or Trip cancellation insurance may be purchased by each individual through their own Insurance agency.
4. All airlines, coach companies and hotels have their respective regulations of travel safety, and they will be responsible for customers directly. Should a delay in transportation. Loss or damage of luggage, unforeseen accidents or the like arise, it will be solved in accordance with the rules and regulations of the relevant company, and the contracted travel agency will not be responsible in such occurrence.

三藩市華藝攝影學會與負責人只是本巴士團的聯絡人和各團友與承包旅行社間的協調人，本會只是幫助參加本團之人士安排這次旅程，一切有關旅行上之安全問題，酒店住宿，餐廳用餐，景點遊覽，交通延誤，行李遺失或損壞，意外事件等事項，均以承包旅行社注明的條款為准，與本會或本會負責人無涉。本會或本會負責人不需為發生在這次巴士團旅途中的任何意外事件或糾紛負任何法律上的責任。任何同意參加本團之人士，均視同瞭解及同意這一條款(事後不得異議) 。

San Francisco Chinatown Photographic society (CPS) and their officers want to make it clear to everyone who joined this4-Day US Southwest National Parks bus tour. We just helped you to plan and arrange this tour. We served as a coordinator and point of contact between you (everyone in the tour) and our travel service provider to make this tour reservation as smoothest as possible. We shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to property, injury of persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrences occurred during the trip. By join in this bus tour, you have been understood, agreed and accepted the terms and rules stated above.
