CPS Annual Board Meeting Announcement

Place: CPS Exhibition Hall, 華藝會所里的會議大廳
華藝攝影學會2011年度董理事任期即將屆滿，須在本年度結束前選出新一屆董事會成員和各科職員。華藝董事會現決定于2011年12月31日舉行全体董事大會，并會按章推選出下屆董事會人選，堆選顧問團名單。屆時除了選出新一屆的董事會人選外，現屆董事會還將作出2011年度的工作報告、財政報告，討論明年的活動安排等事宜。敬請各位會友列席會議，積极參與會務。
The CPS Board of Directors for 2011 is going to finish its term by December 31. We need to elect a new Board by yearend. Hence the BOD decided to hold its Annual Board Meeting on December 31, 2011. We’re going to elect the new board of directors and advisors for 2012. Also the current BOD is going to present the Annual Report and Financial Report of 2011, discuss programs for 2012 and CPS 45th Anniversary activities and fund raising, etc.. While all board members are required to attend, all CPS members are welcome to attend.
